Being a SUFA Ambassador is a great way to have fun, learn new skills and make friends while fighting poverty and suffering in Africa. Ambassadors are UK volunteers who represent SUFA in their community. They build awareness of our work and raise vital funds to support development projects. If you would like to become a SUFA Ambassador, we can provide you with all the advice and support you need, including fundraising materials and advice. Why not join our busy, friendly volunteer team at our head office in Battersea, London? We regularly offer internships for students and recent graduates, providing valuable experience of the charity sector. We are looking for hardworking, committed and lively people to join the team and get involved in activities such as administration, bookkeeping, fundraising marketing and communications, and event organisation. Interns are asked to commit to working two or three days a week for three months. To apply for an internship, please email your CV with a covering letter telling us about your organisational and communication skills, and your commitment to social justice. We will keep your details on file until we have a relevant volunteer vacancy at our head office.
